Daytime corporate or private events: none. Public gaming or nightlife programs: 13+ with guardian, 18+ after 10 p.m., 21+ where alcohol is main feature. We’ll tailor access control to your audience.
Yes—virtual walkthroughs are available within 24 hours, and in-person tours run daily by appointment. We prefer showing you the space live; it sells itself better than any pitch deck.
Guests can park at self-parking in the attached garage, dedicated rideshare drop-off, and direct monorail access to the Strip. Load-in bays accommodate up to 53-foot trucks for quick strikes.
The arena, restrooms, greenrooms, and control booths meet ADA standards. We also offer assistive-listening devices and wheelchair-friendly stage ramps upon request.
Base pricing covers the venue, core production gear (stage, LED, sound, lights), basic staffing (engineer, food & beverage), and standard cleaning. Add-ons—extended hours, specialty rigs, full scenic builds—are quoted transparently.
Prime weekends and major release windows fill six to nine months out. Weeknights and shoulder dates can open up with as little as 30 days’ notice. When in doubt, call—we can often juggle the calendar.
Choose a variety of selections from our in-house catering partners for chef-curated menus. Bar service ranges from energy-drink mocktails to premium open bars (it’s Vegas; we’ve seen it all)

Our modular floor plan seats up to 1,000 in arena mode, 300 in banquet style, or as few as 50 for an intimate VIP studio shoot. We reconfigure the room—seating, truss, LED walls—so headcount never dictates creativity.
